It's not often that I'm impressed when I look at a scooter or moped. I generally don't like them. But this one is different. The XM-5000Li electric moped by X-Treme Scooters has a lot of great features for such a low-priced machine, including a boatload of power. Most mopeds are underpowered weaklings without much excuse for their existence. Not this one.

You cannot use lithium-ion battery the phone whilst initially charging. You can use the phone whilst charging even during the initial charge with no damage to the battery.

There are small, portable, non-electric heaters and air conditioners, that you can purchase in many outdoor stores, Army surplus stores, or on-line. I know this may seem extravagant, but staying warm or cool, may be important to you and your loved ones health. Especially if the weather is extremely hot or cold, depending on the time of year it is, and the climate you live in.

Take care of the battery of the cordless power tools. For more power and higher stability, a higher volt is required. 14.4 volt to 18-volt cordless drills is best for normal use. However, for long time using in construction sites a 36-volt lithium ion batterty stocks-ion tool is best.

It is mainly good for drilling holes in wood, metal, plastic, and soft metals. It is not the ideal choice of drill to use for applications such as driving screws. You will not likely find many of these around today as their uses are rather limited.

Remember that you get what you pay for. These scooters are probably not very high quality and will likely suffer from broken plastic parts, short battery life, and so on. These scooters make great kids toys however if you find the extra cash. Again, check the manufacturer's age guidance for kids.

This is a great get-around electric moped with a lot of potential for use in the urban and suburban market. I'm not easily impressed, especially by mopeds and scooters, but this one gets an "A." Along with it's little brothers, the XM-3500Li electric moped and the XM-3000 electric moped, the XM-5000Li electric moped is available right now for about $6,000, nationally, through independent distributors as a 2009 model.
